HOW TO RETRIEVE LOST OR FORGOTTEN SSS NUMBER

There are instances that we lost or forgot our Social Security System (SSS) Number and no matter how we remember, it’s hard since it is compose of many digits. We search our old files, hoping we can find a copy of our E-1 form, but we left with nothing. 
 Don’t feel hopeless, here’s a simple things to do to retrieved lost or forgotten SSS number.
Option No. 1

Go to the nearest SSS Branch in your area and inquire your number. Just bring your two valid IDs.


Option No. 2

Call SSS Customer Service or Hotline Phone Number at 920-6401 to 55. They are open 24 hours a day from Monday to Friday to accommodate queries. Just be ready with your complete information for verification question such as complete name with middle name, address, date of birth, present and or previous employer.


If you are in other countries, you can call these numbers to inquire your lost or forgotten SSS number.




Remember, our SSS number is irreplaceable and it is our lifetime number. We do not need to request for another number in case we lost or forgot it.
